Well, just because the 2010 Badlands is over and the stages are torn down, doesn't mean we have stopped working to provide you with one of the Premier IDPA Championships around. Just posted to the site are pictures from this years Badlands. This includes pictures of the setup, SO Shoot, Competitor shoot, and the awards ceremony. We hope you enjoy them. You can look at the pictures independently, as a slide show, and even download pictures you like. So please, look around and enjoy. We would like to thank Kathy Fanning for taking the pictures, and she did this on top of her duties as one of the ladies who worked in the Stat Shack. Not a small job in and of itself.
Finally, we would like to take the opportunity to thank some people. First and foremost, we would like to thank the shooters. The people shooting IDPA are some of the best, and we would like to thank you for being a big part of the success of the 2010 Badlands Regional/OK State IDPA Championship. We would also like to thank the sponsors, even in this tough economic climate, many sponsors came through in a very generous way. I know the shooters and staff are very appreciative of this. There are links to the sponsors on the right side of the page, and we request you visit them and show that you support those that support the sport. Last, but most certainly not least, the staff deserves a lot of thanks. From the SOs running the stages, the ladies in the Stat Shack that quickly, and accurately get the scores out, to the behind the scenes support staff that repair stage equipment, hydrate the SOs, collect score sheets, and due untold amount of critical work that most shooters never see. This includes our MD and AMD, who spend countless hours getting everything lined up and coordinated. Thanks to all.
